We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve related issues, and provide outstanding support. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and enjoys helping others solve problems.

 

Key responsibilities:

       ●   Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner;

       ●   Resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;

       ●   Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints;

       ●   Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools;

       ●   Process orders, forms, applications, and requests;

       ●   Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests;

       ●   Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction;

       ●   Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information;

       ●   Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues;

       ●   Meet personal/team customer service targets;

       ●   Ready to learn new technologies and develop himself/herself;

       ●   Pass appropriate certifications to gain requested vendor statuses.

 

Qualifications:

       ●   Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in IT field preferred). New graduates and last year students are welcome. Recommendation letter from Mainstream subject teacher is preferable;

       ●   Language: Good written and verbal communication skills: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (fluent - certifying document preferred) and Russian.

       ●   Excellent communication and presentation skills;

       ●   Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
